This means most people will only experience a max. of 2-3 of these full cycles in a lifetime. If you know where you are in this cycle it can give you great insight into what, why and how you are feeling.
This can bring great comfort and less judgement when you are struggling with understanding why life might be keeping you in a space that you don’t want to be in and why it’s happening.
